



ALLFIT delivers structured, coach-led group fitness built around functional strength, conditioning, and long-term progression. Our core ALLFIT classes focus on developing everyday fitness and movement capability, while our HYROX training pathway offers a performance-focused option for members preparing to race. By combining conditioning and strength in a structured pathway, HYROX training supports competition goals without compromising the functional fitness built through ALLFIT.
Our Facility
ALLFIT is a spacious, all on site training facility designed to support coached group fitness, structured strength training, and performance pathways.
The open layout allows classes to run efficiently while maintaining safety and coaching quality.
The space also enables proper HYROX training and simulations, with enough room to perform all stations as intended. It’s a facility built for everyday fitness — with the capacity to support high-level performance when required.
Group Fitness Classes
ALLFIT Coached Group Classes run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:00am, 9:30am, 4:15pm, 5:30pm and Saturday 8:00am (partners)
H Y R O X PERFORMANCE Classes run on Tuesday at 6:00am, 9:30am, 4:15pm, 5:30pm and Saturday 9:00am
H Y R O X STRENGTH Classes run on Thursday at 6:00am, 9:30am, 4:15pm, 5:30pm
ALLFIT KIDS Coached Kids Classes run on Monday & Wednesday at 4:00pm
