From time to time, we run standout sessions that go beyond our regular weekly timetable. These may include specialty workouts, HYROX simulations, partner sessions, performance-focused classes, as well as occasional promotional offerings — all designed to challenge, test, and excite.

SPRING TIME, dates tbc

H Y R O X  Simulation

A ticketed, non competition event delivering a full HYROX simulation with complete setup, structured running intervals, and workout stations completed in race order. This is the region’s best HYROX simulation, designed to closely replicate competition day.

Tuesday 2nd  (All Classes)

Half H Y R O X

Test yourself in this Half HYROX session, we'll even get half the sled lanes out so there's no bottlenecks.

This is a popular session, so we are making it available to all classes on Tuesday 2nd June. Make sure you book your class!

ALLFIT Partner workouts

A fun, partner-based ALLFIT session where you train alongside a friend through varied functional workouts. Expect shared effort, good energy, and a great way to finish the week moving together.
